  • Pour 4 oz of hot or cold water and mix thoroughly.

  • Add another 4oz of water, then add your milk and sweetener of choice or enjoy it black.

  • None of the active ingredients in the blend are meant to act as a sleep aid. We carefully formulated the chai to help prep your mind for sleep without any drowsiness.

  • Each cup of Focus only contains 70mg of caffeine. That’s equivalent to roughly ⅓ of the caffeine you’d find in a standard cold brew and is about the same as one shot of espresso. Each cup of Create contains 40mg of caffeine and Relax is completely caffeine free.
